Part-Time HR Advisor – 2 Days per Week (On-Site) Autobacs is a fast-growing Japanese Multinational Corporation specialising in importing, wholesaling, and distributing mobile electronics. Dedicated to providing a one‑stop‑shop service to customers nationwide, Autobacs has an array of products ranging from mobile audio, acoustic & marine solutions, to mobile communication, telecommunication, and mobile safety. We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our growing small business with high‑quality, hands‑on HR guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys making a tangible impact. Location: On‑site in our Prospect office Hours: 2 days per week (flexible days by agreement) Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR advice to management and staff across the employee lifecycle. Ensure compliance with Australian workplace legislation, policies, and best practices. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations & grievances. Support initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and retention. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation. About You Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role. In‑depth knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills. Practical, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work independently. Available to work on‑site 2 days each week.
