About the Role Reporting directly to Head of HR, this Senior HR Advisor will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle across a diverse and passionate workforce. You’ll partner closely with technical leaders, build people capability, and play a key role in shaping the culture as the organisation continues to scale. This role also provides the opportunity to mentor and guide a junior team member while building a clear pathway toward more senior HR responsibilities. Key responsibilities include : Providing pragmatic HR advice and coaching to leaders across multiple hubs Supporting and enhancing the employee experience for all teams Designing and delivering people initiatives Leading cyclical P&C activities such as annual performance and remuneration reviews, WGEA reporting, engagement initiatives and EVP execution Driving capability uplift with practice leads and technical experts Working closely with payroll and leading improvements in HR operations Owning and optimising the HRIS, ensuring full utilisation and data integrity Partnering with the Head of the function on people projects as the organisation continues its growth trajectory About You You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment where no two days look the same.
