Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to support business objectives. Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and company policies. Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver training and development programs. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with the organisation's goals. Assist the payroll department. Qualifications A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field. 1 year previous experience in an HR role (within the retail industry is advantageous). Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in HR systems (Workday is essential) and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
