Direct message the job poster from Finsure Our client was established in 2016, assisting individual and business-oriented clients with financial solutions within asset finance, personal loans and commercial loans. In 2019, the company restructured its business model to capture the increasing demand for loan services. They transitioned into a mortgage management company with the goal of providing assistance to financial brokers and their diverse clientele. Fast-forward to 2025 and over 500 brokers later, our client has now teamed up with Finsure and will operate as a boutique sub-aggregator and will provide Finsure’s market intuitive and powerful CRM – Infynity, which is the latest and most advanced aggregator software in the market, utilising cutting-edge technology to enhance both the broker and customer experience. This is where you step in. As the manager responsible for the credit license, you will be responsible in establishing not only the execution of the sub aggregator strategy (from a mortgage lending compliance perspective) but also ensure frameworks are created and monitored. What you will do: Act as the responsible manager of the Broker Bridge Credit License and manage all aspects of the credit license compliance requirements. Contributing to ensuring the Compliance Risk Management Framework is implemented and operating effectively, including supporting the assessment of compliance risks. Monitor and report on developments including changes in legislation, regulatory and contractual obligations and the implementation of compliance procedures. Be the subject matter expert (SME) for the design, implementation and ongoing control of compliance processes and procedures for Broker Bridge. Understand the regulatory environment and analysing and performing assessments of implementing the new license agreement but also the potential impacts of industry laws, regulations and industry codes. Evaluating, assessing and advising on compliance issues and incidents, and working with management and/or other business units compliance matters. What you will have: 2 + years of problem free lending experience as a manager of Credit License as a Compliance Manager. Either Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline. Strong understanding of industry regulations including RG 205 Credit licensing: General conduct obligations, and RG 206 - Credit Licensing: Competence and Training. Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation into practice. Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. High level written and oral communication skills. Ability to collect, analyse and evaluate evidential information. Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex/diverse environment with multiple and changing demands. Ability to work autonomously. Strong commitment to engaging in continual development and self-directed learning.
