As a manager, you will help drive governance and monitor Compliance processes and procedures as well as prepare reporting on Compliance risks and operational effectiveness for senior management. You will contribute to the development and review of Macquarie‑wide policies and business‑specific standards and procedures, ensuring they remain fit for purpose in the context of our internal and external risk and reflect Macquarie’s regulatory requirements. In addition, you will contribute to the uplift and effective use of Macquarie’s governance, risk management, and compliance platform and support the development of enhanced data governance and analysis across the Compliance division. You will join a high‑performing team and work directly with stakeholders across Compliance and the Risk Management Group, while gaining global exposure to Macquarie’s Operating and Central Support Groups. What You Offer 4+ years of experience working at a financial services organisation or a financial services regulator Strong data and reporting skills as well as excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels Strong interest in regulation and frameworks applicable to financial services organisations.
