Sales Development Representative

Job Overview Pure Storage is reshaping the data storage industry with cutting‑edge flash‑based infrastructure. As a Sales Development Representative in the ANZ market, you will be the first point of contact for new enterprise customers, uncovering and qualifying high‑potential revenue opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Channel Partners to execute a unified go‑to‑market strategy. What You’ll Do Generate high‑value pipeline by executing strategic outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound leads within the ANZ enterprise market to consistently set high‑quality meetings for Account Executives. Drive strategic market penetration by conducting deep account research and territory planning with Field Sales and Channel teams to identify key decision‑makers and personalize outreach. Accelerate opportunity development by acting as the strategic partner to Account Executives in the early stages of the sales cycle, moving qualified prospects into active opportunities. Champion modern sales methodology by maintaining a world‑class sales enablement tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn, to track engagement, analyze performance, and ensure data integrity for forecasting and reporting. What You Bring Exceptional enterprise prospecting skills with a proven track record of executing advanced outbound strategies to engage and qualify net‑new enterprise accounts. Sales acumen and drive, with a verified record of meeting or exceeding sales pipeline or quota targets in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of the ANZ market and experience collaborating with Channel Partners to co‑develop opportunities. Data Center and Cloud fluency – ability to discuss cloud computing and modern Data Center architecture with IT decision‑makers.
