We find investment properties for clients that meet the following criteria: below market value, high rental yields and locations with capital growth indicators. We create further investment opportunities from the first investment property for the client to build a recession-proof investment portfolio. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and eager to learn & grow, preferably someone who previously worked in Real Estate - Sales. Someone who knows how to communicate with client's effectively providing an overall seamless experience until the settlement of investment property. Why work with us? About You: The successful applicant will possess excellent skills in sales, verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have previous buyer’s agent and /or real estate sales experience. (Min 2 year or little less) Your Key Responsibility: Liaising with buyers/investors to understand their needs and capturing them confidently in our own CRM. Detailed onboarding meeting with buyers/investors to explain the end-to-end process. Work closely with our buyer's consultant to understand the market and be ready to explain it to the potential client. Take full responsibility to ensure the property deal can be closed within the time frame. To ensure a smooth transaction, a potential candidate has to go above and beyond. Convince clients/ investors to buy investment property. Manage multiple clients' property investment deals from start to finish. Guiding clients on signing of property contracts. Guiding on build and pest reports to clients. Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process. Making sure the client's finances meet deadlines and organising extensions with the solicitor if needed. General email correspondence. Answering client queries throughout the purchasing process. Requesting documents from clients if and when necessary. General ad hoc duties set by buyer's agent/ consultant. Use of real estate CRM and update regularly. Skills: You will be using platforms such as Zoho CRM, Office 365, RP data, Real estate pricing software’s, excellent verbal and written skills. Prior experience in real estate sales is a must. Experience with creating Comparable Market Analysis reports for clients when presenting property. Experience using RP Data and Core Logic platforms. Tertiary degree—or property Certificate IV in Real Estate Real Estate Agent Licence—NSW Certificate of Registration or higher Personal property investment experience What’s great about this position. CMA management: Maintain CRM up to date. Pipeline management: Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM, with 100% of interactions recorded and follow up tasks set. Reviews: M Maintaining a 5/5 service rate with clients. Remuneration Package: It will be discussed at the time of consideration.
