Employer Relationship Officer Responsibilities Manage the relationship and administration outcomes for a defined portfolio of employers, ensuring services align with the client’s Employer Proposition. Represent the client at seminars, industry events, and onsite Face-to-Face Employer visits to educate clients or resolve complex issues. Handle inbound calls from employers to answer inquiries and resolve issues in cooperation with relevant areas. Support employers with clearing house triage and complete outbound calls as directed by the servicing model. Assist with onboarding/transition of new employers. Provide administrative support to the client’s relationship teams with inquiries, escalations, and reporting. Maintain RG146 Compliance by completing and submitting monthly CPD points.
