About the Opportunity We’re seeking anHR Generalist who is proactive, knowledgeable, and people-focused to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll support the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws and industrial relations frameworks, and help shape a culture of engagement, collaboration, and performance. What You'll Be Doing Providing responsive HR support and advice to employees and managers Managing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Supporting staff learning and development, including training needs analysis Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with NDIS and HCP requirements Assisting in the rollout of HR systems and process improvements Supporting organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement strategies Guiding leaders in effective performance management and people practices Ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks and Australian employment legislation Managing employee relations matters and mitigating associated risks Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and HR practices Supporting the success of the KompleteCare Quality Management System What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional and empathetic approach to team and staff engagement Proven ability to coach managers and support a high-performance culture Attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance skills A passion for people, continuous improvement, and positive impact Why Join KompleteCare?
