Job Description: Represent a portfolio of leading brands within our Wholesale and End-User customers. Add your own flavour to this autonomous role covering Sydney through to NSW South Coast. We have an exciting opportunity for a State Account Manager to join our team representing a portfolio of leading brands including MASTERFOODS™, DOLMIO™ & KANTONG™. Covering the territory across Sydney Metro through to NSW South coast, you will be responsible for the sales and distribution of product lines with our Wholesale and End-User customers as well as to identify new sales and distribution opportunities. You will be well supported to drive success on your territory and encouraged to maximize promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement, maximize your territory distribution and deliver the agreed speed to market of new lines. Predominantly a customer facing role you will be a confident relationship driven individual with a strong desire to succeed and be highly motivated to achieve personal goals, set sales targets and demonstrate a resilience and adaptability to engage with change. What would be your key responsibilities? Increase sales and distribution of Mars Food product lines. Achievement of a period and yearly set sales targets. Maximize and support the effectiveness of both National and State based promotional activity. Increase the distribution of new products to market. Chase, unlock and develop new business opportunities. What are we looking for? Experienced Account Manager or sales professional ideally within Food service. Proven experience working with stakeholders to create a category driven approach. Proven experience building strong and influential relationships. Highly motivated to achieve set sales targets.
