Enerflow Mining Services is a market leader within the mining industry across Australia. Since our founding we have flourished in the Mobile Mechanical Maintenance sector due to our in-depth knowledge of Blasthole Drill Rigs. Continuing our growth as a business we have also become one of the top businesses in Labour Hire, Drill Hire, Parts Sales, Mechanical & Fabrication. Due to company growth and a busy workload, we are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our small friendly team in our Neerabup office in WA. What's involved with the role? You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with Drill Fitters, Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers and Servicepeople for FIFO roles with our client base of Tier 1&2 Mining Companies and Contractors. Utilising a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods to attract, identify and onboard relevant candidates. Ability to work within a small team environment. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, from a blue-collar background, within the mining industry, with a strong track record in finding and engaging with candidates and managing high volume recruitment projects. Candidates must have specific recruitment experience within the mining and heavy industry sector. We are looking for a recruiter with hunger and drive to succeed, with the ability to build good relationships, gain candidate control and work independently as well as part of a team. Labour hire skills and experience is a must, as well as demonstrated capability in managing large candidate pipelines, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality placements under tight timeframes. Must have current Australian work rights. What's on offer? Bonus opportunities. 7:30am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday work hours. North of the river - Neerabup location.
