Join UCentric’s Embedded Talent Engine team and become a trusted recruitment partner to a major SaaS company who is continuing to grow exponentially in the APJ region. This is a high-impact opportunity for an ambitious Junior Recruiter to gain hands-on experience inside a fast-paced, growth-focused tech business, while receiving tailored coaching and ongoing support from UCentric’s experienced team throughout your entire engagement. You’ll operate on-site with the client (Sydney CBD-based, hybrid model), owning recruitment processes for multiple Tech and Sales roles while also supporting their Talent Acquisition Lead with critical coordination and scheduling. It’s a dual-facing role that offers breadth and development. It’s perfect for someone who’s passionate about tech, organised, people-focused, and eager to build their career in talent acquisition. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with hiring managers and the internal TA Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment (with a focus on tech and business ops roles) Screening candidates to assess fit and organisational alignment Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead with interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder updates Maintaining accurate candidate records and pipelines in the ATS Delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the client’s brand and values Collaborating with UCentric’s broader embedded team and tapping into shared resources and tools Contributing to process improvement ideas and documentation as part of a high-performing embedded team What You Bring 1–2 years of recruitment or recruitment coordination experience, ideally in an agency, RPO, or internal TA environment A passion for technology and an understanding of the SaaS landscape is a must as this is an instantly recognisable and globally leading brand - you will need to earn their trust from day one. Exposure to fast-paced hiring environments, with an ability to manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication A quick learner when it comes to using a number of recruitment tools and systems.
