As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking a Senior / Lead Occupational Therapist who will not only deliver high-quality clinical services but also provide guidance, support, and leadership to our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who brings depth of practice, strong clinical reasoning, and a passion for developing others. You will play a key part in shaping clinical standards, mentoring junior team members, contributing to service improvement initiatives, and representing Auburn Health as a leader in the profession. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced clinical assessments and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy services Develop and oversee high-quality therapy plans, ensuring alignment with best-practice frameworks Offer clinical supervision, mentorship, and skill development support to junior OT's and Allied Health Assistants Lead or contribute to service improvement, quality assurance, and clinical governance processes Provide guidance on complex cases and support clinical decision-making across the team Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centred care Maintain high-quality clinical documentation aligned with regulatory, NDIS, aged care, and Medicare standards \Support onboarding and training for new clinicians Participate in research, CPD, or internal education initiatives Model Auburn Health's values and help build a strong, cohesive team culture What We Offer At Auburn Health, we invest deeply in our people because we know that exceptional care begins with empowered clinicians.
