Responsible for the administration work associated with Ochre Recruitment’s compliance processes. This includes managing admin associated with pre-screening candidates, booking travel requirements, credentialing and assisting with admin associated with client’s jobs and marketing. Key Accountabilities All credentialing completed as per internal recruitment processes & policies; Maintains para aspect of Recruitment Placement Spreadsheet and checks in regularly with Recruitment to establish and agree deliverables; Completes Medicare application process on behalf of doctors as part of regulatory requirements Responsible for completing all credentialing paperwork for candidates & ensures candidates are fully compliant prior to commencing in placement Completes regulatory / legislative requirements as per requirements of role i.e. WWCC & Police Checks Saving and managing documents on shared drive and CRM as per Ochre naming convention protocols and Candidate Record Management Policy Creates candidates and clients records in Salesforce coding correctly and completing all relevant fields Reformatting (removing candidate contact details and adding Ochre logo) and parsing candidate CV’s Assist in sending job alerts/campaigns (eDM, SMS, Emails, etc) on behalf of recruitment team. Provides wider office admin support for local office, including answering phones Takes references as requested and shares any red flags or issues with the Recruitment Consultant Books candidate travel and accommodation in line with Ochre’s policy Takes direction from Team Line Manager as per business priorities and shifts focus as needs of the business dictates.
