The Opportunity Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities. Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices. Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues. Our Ideal Person Is Someone Who Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role. Is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively. Is dedicated to a customer‑centric approach to all tasks. Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills. Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve.
