Our Client is a leading provider in trade credit insurance services, risk management, debt collections and developing long term partnerships with their customers to achieve ultimate protection and increase profitability. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team and play a key role in expanding business and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and cultivating strong relationships with potential clients. This position requires someone who is a true "hunter" with a passion for sales and a strong interest in building lasting partnerships with customers. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends, feed off market information and promote the businesses range of products and services to customers. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services, explain the benefits, and establish interest. Effectively communicate value proposition and handle objections to secure new business opportunities and establish new partnerships. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, pain points, and goals to position the offerings as valuable solutions. Continuously nurture relationships to foster trust and loyalty. Hunter Mentality: Possess a tenacious and proactive attitude in seeking out new business opportunities. Thrive in a target-driven environment and demonstrate the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and sales outcomes. Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly to provide visibility to the sales management team. Collaboration: Work closely with team members within the business, to align strategies, company offerings and ultimately collaborate with the team to share insights, best practices, and support each other's success. Requirements Proven track record of success in sales and business development. Excellent cold calling and lead generation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of the industry and market trends (preferred but not mandatory) training will be provided. Proficient in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). What our client offers Permanent full-time position.
