FRONT OF HOUSE ADMINISTRATOR – INSURANCE CLAIMS Valor Property Group – Insurance Builder | Perth WA We are seeking a friendly, confident and highly organised Front of House Administrator to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in insurance, claims administration. Minimum 1-2 years of insurance claims administration experience is required. Experience with specific insurance systems such as Endata, Prime ecosystem, Xero and Excel will be heavily favoured. About the Role Handling incoming calls and enquiries from insurers, insured clients and trades. Managing the front desk and general office administration. Scheduling assessments. Logging claims updates and ensuring communication is timely and accurate. Supporting operational teams with day-to-day administrative requirements. What We're Looking For Previous insurance or claims experience is essential. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to manage enquiries professionally and calmly. Excellent time‑management and task prioritisation. Competence with digital and administrative systems.
