Our global operations span multiple markets, including our innovative Daily Fantasy Sports app servicing the United States which launched in 2023, and our latest launch into the UK in May 2025 Overview We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Dabble’s global Core experience across our Sportsbook and Fantasy Sports apps. This role is ideal for someone with strong payments and fraud experience, who stays current with emerging technologies and applies them to deliver better, safer customer experiences. You’ll be customer‑centric and passionate about building exceptional user experiences and seamless end‑to‑end journeys. You’ll own product outcomes across the Dabble apps – defining roadmaps, facilitating ideation and discovery, supporting research and design, writing clear requirements, leading UAT, and driving delivery. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Technology, Payments, Security and Customer Intelligence, alongside broader business stakeholders. Success in the role requires clear, consistent communication and the ability to deliver initiatives that span both customer‑facing in‑app experiences and backend operational capabilities, across all jurisdictions where Dabble operates. Primary Location This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane may be preferred. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Payments & Fraud initiatives (ideation → design → requirements → release) Own the roadmap across deposits, withdrawals and risk management features in‑app and operationally Partner with Payments to expand and optimise global payment method coverage Manage third‑party partners and recommend tooling/process improvements for payment flows and fraud prevention Prioritise initiatives aligned to strategy, customer impact and delivery timelines Facilitate cross‑functional discovery to define requirements and solution designs Collaborate with UI/UX to craft seamless end‑to‑end customer journeys Drive delivery with engineering squads: backlog clarity, sprint rituals and execution support Lead UAT and regression testing, ensuring high‑quality releases Track performance and adoption; communicate outcomes in regular stakeholder updates Incorporate customer insights via Voice of the Customer into iterative improvements Skills & Qualifications 3+ years experience in Digital Product Management, delivering products from concept to launch Experience in sports betting or gaming (preferred) Hands‑on experience with payment gateways, processors, fraud tools and APIs Strong familiarity with APIs, SQL and payments technology to inform product decisions Proven experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, keeping tickets clear and up to date Experience analysing product performance and reporting insights to stakeholders Comfortable working day‑to‑day with developers to ensure delivery meets spec, including hands‑on testing Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly analytical, able to interpret data and make informed decisions Experience with product experimentation and related tools (beneficial) Are you a Dabbler?
