Senior Mortgage Loan Processor/Admin Full Time Are you an experienced Loans Processor at the top of your game who is organized, proactive and passionate about helping clients achieve their finance goals? This is a fast-paced environment and we require the successful applicant has experience in AOL. Remuneration to be negotiated with experience and suitability. What You'll Be Doing Preparing and submitting loan applications in AOL/Flex system Collecting and verifying client documentation Liaising with lenders to track progress and resolve outstanding items Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Providing administrative and customer service support to brokers You will become the leader of a growing processing team. What We're Looking For Experience: Proficient with Apply Online. Familiar with AFG Flex system an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate. Skills: High attention to detail, excellent organisational ability, and confident communication Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Professional Presentation: Present yourself with confidence and professionalism. Quick Learner: Adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
