About the Role This is a full-time position with immediate start. You will work between our Ormeau and Yarrabilba offices with flexibility. As a Loans Processor, you will play a key part in the loan application journey — supporting our brokers and operations team by managing client files, relationships, and liaising with lenders and clients to ensure a smooth and timely approval and settlement process. Responsibilities Managing documentation requests and verifying client information to meet lender and compliance standards Liaising with banks, lenders, conveyancers, and clients to track progress and respond to outstanding requirements Ensuring CRM systems (including HubSpot and Monday.com) are up to date with current file status Supporting brokers with pipeline tracking, workflow management, and client updates You will be supported by an experienced team and reporting directly to the operations managers and senior brokers.
