Detailed Steel Fixing: Accurate placement and tying of steel reinforcement. Concreting: Assisting with pours, screeding, and finishing. Drainage and Pipelaying (where relevant to structures). Living Away From Home (LAFHA) allowances may be available for candidates who need to travel for specific project assignments. What You Will Need to Succeed Relevant Trade Certificate (Carpentry - Formwork). 2+ years of post-qualification experience in the civil construction industry is essential. Work Safety in the Construction Industry (White Card). Current Working at Heights ticket. Current Confined Space ticket. Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport. Physically fit and capable of manual labouring tasks. A strong work ethic, commitment to site safety procedures, and ability to work effectively in a team. Highly Desirable Tickets Dogging or Rigging certification. Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification. MR Licence (beneficial for moving plant/materials). Why Choose Randstad?
