THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has opened, and we are excited to welcome a new Used Vehicle Buyer to our high-performing sales team at Lexus of Berwick . Monday to Friday role – enjoy your weekends back We also offer flexible working arrangements because we know balance matters. You’ll spend around 70% of your time on the road and 30% in the dealership , meeting private sellers, appraising vehicles, and representing the Lexus brand with professionalism and confidence. We’re looking for someone who is: Resilient, motivated and hungry for results Calm, professional and great with people Confident dealing with private sellers in person and over the phone Organised and capable of managing their own schedule Passionate about the automotive industry and “the road to a sale” In this brand-new role, you’ll work closely with our Used Car Manager and existing buyer to help drive monthly targets, support dealership profitability, and continue growing one of the most premium used-car operations in the region. About You You will ideally have: A relevant tertiary qualification (or strong experience in lieu) A proven track record in sales or vehicle buying, ideally within the automotive sector Experience or familiarity with vehicle valuation The ability to self-manage and perform in an autonomous role How to Apply If you have the drive, personality and values that align with ours – we want to hear from you.
