Jaybelle Care is a small neuroaffirming and trauma‑informed disability provider that delivers Support Coordination and direct support services to NDIS participants. We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team on the Central Coast, NSW, to provide individualised support to our NDIS participants. This is a casual role, starting at 10 hours per week, with the possibility to increase. About You We are looking for a self‑motivated and driven team member with excellent organisation and relationship skills. You must demonstrate experience within the community and/or disability services sector and have a strong understanding of the NDIS and National Disability Standards. You should be able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively to meet participants’ needs.
