We are looking for someone to join our team in a full‑time capacity to lead our restaurant, Aqua. Located on the banks of the beautiful Hastings River, Aqua restaurant is a part of the award‑winning Westport Club. This role will provide you with a platform to inspire the next generation of hospitality stars and hone the skills of a talented hospitality team. This role is perfect for an individual who has a passion for the restaurant industry and knows how to deliver an outstanding customer experience to every single guest that we welcome into the club. Your excellence in communication, calmness under pressure and ability to mentor others will demonstrate your expertise to the Aqua team and guide them to achieve greatness. Qualifications Friendly and energetic with exceptional communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Prior leadership experience managing a restaurant or similar fast‑paced venue A passion for excellent customer service & the ability to guide a team to success NSW RSA and RCG qualifications (or the ability to obtain these before starting) Flexibility and adaptability as split shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays will be required Benefits Rosters posted 4 weeks in advance allowing you to plan how you’ll relax & recharge Additional week of annual leave for working 30 Sundays/Public holidays each year Late night penalties every day of the week Free espresso coffee from our team lounge A $200 annual contribution to your fitness membership $1,500 scholarship per year to invest in your own development Great career opportunities across our multi‑venue organisation Salary range: Starting at $76,515.
