This position will provide you with 4 weeks annual leave each year and an above market wage. The Opportunity We are seeking dedicated and committed individuals who will create great, quality meals across our high-volume kitchens serving our waterfront restaurant, cafe and events centre. To apply you'll need at least a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification. Our ideal candidate is experienced in a fast paced, high-volume kitchen. Your creative vision will leave our guests with a sense of "WOW" as we advance your skills in one of Port Macquarie's premier award-winning venues.
