Our Data Center Design Engineering team is seeking an exceptional Mechanical Design Engineering Manager to drive transformative mechanical design solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. You’ll be at the forefront of developing next-generation data center technologies, shaping critical infrastructure that powers global cloud computing. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing mechanical design engineering team across the Asia-Pacific region Drive the team\'s global design consistency and standardization of mechanical systems across multiple geographical regions Manage and approve mechanical equipment innovations and design submissions Establish robust processes for internal design development and third-party vendor management Oversee procurement and technical specifications for mechanical Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment Manage team reporting, hiring, growth opportunities, annual goal reporting, KPIs and performance reviews A day in the life: Imagine leading a dynamic team of mechanical engineers who are re-imagining how data centers are designed and built. Your day will involve strategic planning, innovative design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop mechanical solutions.
