Job Description Working on the largest and most exciting opportunities in the Real Estate market, this role takes ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process — ensuring high-quality, creative, and client-focused submissions. This is a key role in the Business Development Centre in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits. The role reports to the National Director, Marketing & Communications for Australia and works in collaboration with a dedicated graphic design role. Responsibilities Lead and manage the full proposal process, from planning and scheduling through to content creation and submission. Analyse requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications, compliance needs, and deadlines. Coordinate contributions from service line teams. Collaborate with the graphic designer to create compelling visuals for content and messaging. Draft content aligned to win themes and proposal strategy. Facilitate kick-off meetings, storyboarding, and reviews. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, uplifting our pitching processes. Work with teams on presentation content and delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of business development/tender/bid/submission experience within commercial real estate services or related professional services. Superior language skills with strong written, verbal, proofreading and editing abilities. Ability to strategically approach processes, methodologies, and projects. Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently to deadlines. Friendly, professional disposition with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business. What’s in It for you?
