Community Mental Health Nurses Wanted

About the Role You will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to provide comprehensive mental health care to individuals within the community. This role includes intake and triage, mental state assessments, safety planning, care coordination, and supporting clients through recovery-focused interventions.
