About Triple Zero Victoria Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides Victoria’s 24‑hour emergency call‑taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES. TZV is a unique integration of emergency services communications in Australia and a leading provider of skilled, community‑focused emergency services across the state. About the Role The Contract Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day management and administration of facilities‑related contracts, ensuring continuity of supply and services across the organisation. The role reports to the Manager, Facilities Planning & Management and works closely with the Procurement Team on sourcing activities. Day-to‑day Responsibilities Administer and manage contracts for facilities, maintenance, supplies and cleaning services to support effective delivery of services. Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and contract/compliance obligations; maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, renewals, compliance documents and other required documentation. Co‑run sourcing and tendering activities with the procurement team and provide day‑to‑day support to property leads at each site to ensure effective access to contracted services and problem resolution. Support the management and lifecycle of UPS systems, backup power contracts and related infrastructure to ensure operational continuity; contribute to larger‑scale projects as required. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support the Manager in contract planning, supplier performance reviews and reporting. About You We’re looking for an energetic, solutions‑focused, detail‑oriented team‑player with significant experience working with a wide range of stakeholders within a complex working environment. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management and administration, preferably in works, maintenance, equipment and related services. Knowledge of procurement and sourcing principles, supplier management, contract compliance requirements and contract lifecycle processes within a government or regulated environment. Focus on operational delivery and ability to support continuity of services across multiple sites, with a focus on resilience and business continuity. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to monitor performance, identify risks or service gaps, and recommend interventions to ensure effective contract outcomes. Relevant knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable and basic financial controls as they relate to contract establishment and management. What We Offer Competitive salary.
