Grafali's Coffee Roaster' is seeking a motivated part‑time/fixed hrs Sandwich Hand to join our team in our cafe located in Bundoora, VIC 3083. As part of our hospitality and food services team, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling freshly made sandwiches and other food items to delight our customers. What you’ll be doing Preparing and assembling a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and other food items according to customer orders and brand standards Ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of food items to our customers Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen and preparation areas Collaborating with the wider cafe team to support the overall operations and providing excellent customer service Restocking and organising ingredients and supplies as needed What we’re looking for Previous experience as a sandwich hand or in a similar food preparation role within the hospitality industry Minimum 3‑6 months of experience in sandwich preparation or similar food service role Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet customer demands Good communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices What we offer At Grafali's Coffee Roaster', we value our team and offer competitive hourly rates, a fun and vibrant work environment, and opportunities for career development.
