About the Role This role supports the smooth delivery of Netball Australia’s Pathway programs by coordinating camps, tours and events, managing logistics and travel, and providing on‑the‑ground team management as needed. Working closely with the Head of Pathway and performance staff, supports athletes, coaches and umpires while overseeing key admin tasks and program resources. In this role you will be responsible for the following key areas: Netball Australia Pathway Programs Support and provide input into the design, planning and review of all components of Pathway programs, camps, tours and events. Coordinate the operations and logistics for all Pathway Program camps and tours in consultation with the Head of Pathway. Distribute all relevant paperwork to Pathway athletes, coaches and umpires aligned with camp / tour requirements. Consult with facility providers (including AIS) to secure camp / tour booking requirements. Provide Team Management support (on‑ground) for Age‑Camps and Pathway Tours, as relevant. Where not travelling or on‑ground, deliver squad and pre‑tour camps with efficient handover of key operations to travelling Team Manager(s). Consult with the Uniform Committee, partnerships and media teams to develop and order on‑court and off‑court uniform for each Pathway program. Coordination of process for Pathway competitions / programs, including vote collection, for relevant awards. Anti‑doping administration support with SIA (player movement and program schedule/calendar), where relevant. Support and maintain connections into the Athlete Management System (AMS) for Pathway talent in conjunction with support staff. Support the design and distribution of Pathway resources identified to provide system support on key topic areas (e.g., load, medical and screening processes, injury and readiness updating, competitions, coach appointments, nutrition, player ID and talent, travelling with under‑age players, etc). Pathway Personnel Work closely with the Head of Pathway and Performance Operations Coordinator for the operations and travel logistics for Pathway activities and events including First Nations Tournament and National Netball Championship, Marie Little Shield, Black Swans umpires and umpire coaches. Align yearly planning with Performance Operations Coordinator to ensure an integrated approach across high‑performance programs and activities. Work closely with the Performance Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and logistics support to Development Program Umpires (and other role holders as required) in relation to Pathway activities and initiatives. Support recruitment for Pathway Service Agreement staff for National Pathway programs and consult with Head of Pathway on contracting and agreements. General Develop strong working relationships with all internal Netball Australia staff, Member Organisations, Pathway Managers and athletes. Collaborate with key business functions including events, commercial, media, and people & culture, as required. Provide administrative support to work groups and Pathway forums, as required. In consultation with Pathway staff, create papers / agendas for Pathway meetings and distribute minutes to all relevant stakeholders. Assist in the administration management of Manual, Policies and Procedures for Pathway Team. Support key pathway staff with travel requirements and calendar planning. Budget and Finance Support annual budget process in consultation with Head of Pathway. Administer Pathway program budgets to ensure financial efficiency and optimal resource allocation. Support monthly forecasting processes and provide cost‑saving recommendations / adjustments, as needed. Keep record, code, and process all invoices related to Pathway programs and activities. This position will assist with other activities where required across the Pathway Team that are within the employee’s skills and capabilities. About You Key Attributes, Skills and Qualifications: Minimum one to two years’ experience in a related field of employment (administrative, support, community sport administrator or similar) Current or willing to obtain Working with Children Check. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and engagement skills. Flexible, adaptable and resilient, with a collaborative approach to achieving team and organisational goals. Skilled problem‑solver with sound judgement, creativity, and the ability to make timely decisions. High integrity, dependable, and results‑focused with strong attention to detail and process. Experience in sports services or a similar industry, with a commitment to quality and customer service. Able to set priorities, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare external correspondence and reports, and to positively engage with key stakeholders, members of the public and other employees.
