Opportunity The Royal Freemasons community is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at the Footscray Residential Aged Care Facility in Footscray. Key Responsibilities Include Undertake, or supervise others to undertake, clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end of life care and other clinical procedures as may be necessary. Liaise with relevant residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital and other specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high level clinical care. All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID‑19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu‑Vaccine.
