HOST & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR – COPOSIT STREET Full‑time, Flexible for the right person | Sydney | Reports to: Head of Marketing We’re hiring a camera‑confident social media coordinator who will be both the face and the operator behind Coposit Street. You’ll host street interviews, own the content pipeline, grow the audience and run the channel end‑to‑end. Key Responsibilities Lead host for street interviews across Sydney. Film short‑form content daily using smartphone setups. Approach the public with confidence, run interviews and create standout moments. Develop new questions, angles and formats to keep the series evolving. Produce UGC‑style content for brand and paid campaigns. Manage Coposit Street across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Write platform‑specific captions and publish daily content. Build community through active comments, DMs and audience engagement. Track analytics, identify what’s working and optimise for growth. Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent output. Stay ahead of trends and apply them quickly. Collaborate with the marketing team and editors on campaign needs. Represent Coposit Street at relevant events for real‑time content. What You Bring Natural on‑camera presence and confidence approaching people. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and short‑form storytelling. Ability to film and produce content independently. Experience engaging and growing online communities. Self‑starter mentality with a bias for speed and execution. Sydney‑based and comfortable filming regularly across the city. Nice to Have Understanding of paid social or creator collaborations.
