We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time work. Location is flexible — you could be based in Canberra, West Wyalong, Orange, or Wellington. What will your typical week look like? In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional client engagement while supporting and developing our dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, and lead and mentor others. Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts, and a range of individual businesses. Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients. Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners. Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Mentor and coach junior staff team members. Let’s talk about you You are someone with… Public practice experience and ability to lead & support others. Achieved CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this. Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills. Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel). Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services.
