As a result of strong growth, the launch of exciting new products, and upcoming government rebates they are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic and organised Customer Coordinator to join their supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the energy transition, working with industry leading products alongside experts who are passionate about making a difference. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule customer installations and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide timely updates to customers on installation progress Liaise with tradespeople to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve issues Respond to customer inquiries and follow up post service to ensure satisfaction Play an active role in driving Australia’s transition to renewable energy Skills & Experience Strong communication skills both written and verbal Customer service experience (Essential) Excellent negotiation and problem solving ability Highly organised with strong time management skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment Attention to detail with strong computer literacy A collaborative team player with a proactive approach Eagerness to learn How to Apply If you’re looking to join a growing company with a supportive culture and real career development opportunities, we’d love to hear from you Please send your resume (max. 4 pages) and cover letter to ******@360hrrecruitment.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
