As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey and getting them back on track.**Your new role*** Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference.* Grow your expertise by navigating a variety of complex and rewarding challenges.* Build strong, supportive relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery.* Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.* Manage moderate risk CTP claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.**About you**You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism.
