As a case manager you will have the opportunity to do your best work as you take on responsibilities for the end-to-end management of claims under the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. You will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved. Responsibilities You will return people to health and work with empathy, expertise and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, their employers, doctors, and other medical professionals. Seek the best possible outcome for all parties involved, whilst supporting them through what is often an emotionally challenging time. Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with scheme regulation. Provide a holistic case management approach to create positive customer connections. Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers. Work in partnership with injured workers and their employers to manage their journey in returning to work. Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy. About You Professional experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. High degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills. Resilient approach to your work, maintaining a positive and optimistic response to all challenges. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Flexible and service‑orientated approach. Willingness to learn with a proactive and positive attitude.
