Work with Culture-Shaping Brands You’ll work with a mix of global icons and challenger brands, across categories that shape daily life - Retail, Sport, Fintech, Entertainment, Financial Services, Tech Every project is bespoke, and every day different. Typical briefs include: Identifying meaningful segments, defining priority audiences, and projecting future behaviours Helping brands define their purpose, position, and cultural relevance Building comms strategies grounded in real human understanding Applying behavioural change frameworks to uncover social and psychological forces Spotting unmet needs, shaping ideas, and guiding innovation This is a role that will stretch your thinking and sharpen your consulting edge. Day-to-Day You’ll: Work directly with clients on an exciting portfolio of brands Design and deliver quantitative research from brief to insight Analyse, synthesise, and build clear, strategic stories from data Get hands‑on with qual projects from depth interviews to multi‑method studies Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to drive brand decisions What You’ll Bring: 1/2+ years’ experience in consumer insights Experience in a research consultancy or agency environment Strong quantitative skills (ad hoc, tracking, segmentation, CX, NPD, brand equity etc.) Analytical confidence - ideally with Q or similar software A curious mindset, strategic flair, and a passion for turning data into decisions This is your chance to join a future‑facing insights agency where ideas spark fast, learning is endless, and no question is too complex.
