We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Team Leader to partner with the Customer Experience Manager and broader leadership team in guiding our CX team to deliver exceptional experiences across all touchpoints within our two accommodation properties. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the successful candidate will draw on their expertise to lead, motivate, and develop the Customer Experience Team, while also being a hands‑on contributor who provides outstanding customer service and operational support. Given the diversity of the role, your duties can include, but are not limited to: Managing and promoting customer service experiences for increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, Managing day to day operations of the front office for both accommodation sites Developing, planning and executing activities and events for all ages. Handling customer check in/outs, booking enquiries, queries and complaints as required, Team management including recruitment, induction, training and development, Rostering within budgeted allocation, and General administration, banking duties and operational support. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences and inspiring a positive and customer focused team as well as have: Significant customer service experience within a busy tourism/hospitality environment, A proven ability to lead, train, motivate and manage a team, Strong knowledge of computers and point of sale systems, Exceptional organisational, communication and presentation skills, and Knowledge of business operations including labour and cost controls.
