We’re now searching for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to build a new team in Oaklands Park, SA. In this on-site role, you’ll lead 3 Participant Support Officers, ensuring they deliver high-quality, participant-centred support across phone, chat, and email channels. What You’ll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of our National Contact Centre to ensure exceptional service delivery across all communication channels. Lead, support, and develop a team of Participant Support Officers, fostering a positive, participant-focused culture. Drive strong performance across call volumes, lead follow-up, resolution rates, and data accuracy. Maintain compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness through accurate use of internal systems. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure systems, processes, and workflows support efficient service delivery. Support continuous improvement to enhance participant experience and operational effectiveness. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 year’s experience in a Team Leader role Ideally from a community services or employment services background A passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting disadvantaged people. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members. Ability to confidently navigate multiple systems (intermediate in MS Office) and manage competing priorities. Experience in employment services or a related people-support sector (an advantage). A commitment to creating meaningful change in people’s lives.
