Job Overview 12-month fixed term contract with view to permanency Office located in Richmond – 3 days in office, 2 days from home Supportive team environment About the Client Our Client is an exciting and fast growing national company who are market leaders in their industry. Due to growth of the business, the company is seeking a Credit Support Officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract (with a view to permanency). This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable company that has been in business for many years. This role has scope for growth and long-term progression within the organisation. Position Description – Responsibilities Proactively contacting customers to facilitate payment of invoices due Processing daily banking / applying customer payments Shared email inbox management – responding to internal/external queries Reconciliation of debtors' ledgers Identify and research unapplied cash, contacting customers for remittance advices Resolve invoice related customer queries, or elevate to Accounts Receivable Lead Locate and send out invoice copies and proof of delivery Upload invoice data into customer portals Processing customer refund requests Assist with customer data maintenance ensuring contact information is accurate and up to date Assist with month end closing activities Assist with assessments of new and existing customers Other related duties as required to support the Credit Team Candidate Profile – Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume data processing environment Strong customer service mindset and sound influencing and negotiating skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented thinking and proven accuracy Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure Ability to process and scrutinize data to verify any discrepancies within the system Ability to nurture and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships Experience in contributing to high performing teams and ability to contribute to a positive team culture Additional Benefits Office based in Richmond, close to public transport On site parking available Play a key role in the success of the finance team Upskill and working for a growing business Modern office facilities Supportive environment, promoting growth and development of employees, creating a high performance culture How to apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
