About the Opportunity Were looking for a Credit Support Officer to join our Commercial Team in Truganina. This role provides vital support to the Contracts & Securities Officer Credit Leadership Team and wider Commercial Team. Youll play a key part in preparing managing and storing legal and security documentation helping to mitigate credit risk and ensure compliance with internal and legislative requirements. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment have a keen eye for detail and want to grow your career in credit and legal administration this could be the role for you. In this Role Prepare, collate and submit legal and security documents (e.g. TMLAs, Guarantees, PPS registrations). Coordinate internal and external legal briefs and follow up with stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and manage secure document storage. Assist with PPSR registrations, renewals, credit checks and alerts. Review documents to ensure compliance with internal policies. Generate reports to support credit risk and compliance reviews. Provide admin support, manage inboxes and assist with projects and process improvements. Youre Likely a Match If Experience in an administrative or support role (credit, legal or commercial background desirable). Familiarity with legal and financial documents (preferred but not essential). Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
