Programs & Social Enterprise Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Programs & Social Enterprise Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across our Workshop, Hospitality and Community & Programs. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role is responsible for leading purpose-driven teams, driving operational excellence and aligning service delivery with our Strategic Plan. Key Focus of the Role Champion excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across all service areas. Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements. Empower and develop leaders to deliver outstanding participant outcomes. Drive performance and cohesion across multiple teams through strong, people-focused leadership. Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation. Lead and manage the organisation-wide Work Health and Safety (WHS) framework. About You You are a dynamic, hands-on leader who is passionate about creating opportunities for people with a disability to thrive. You are collaborative, strategic and able to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day operational excellence. Must-Have Attributes A genuine commitment to person-centred practice and disability inclusion. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and unite teams. Strategic thinking with a focus on outcomes, innovation and continuous improvement. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills. A collaborative, adaptable and values-driven approach. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Business, Community Services, Disability or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience in leadership roles and People Management. Comprehensive understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements is highly regarded. Proven ability to manage multiple programs, teams and budgets effectively. Experience implementing Work Health and Safety frameworks across an organisation.
