Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild , GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia , and Bouygues Construction Australia . Together, we bring local experience and global expertise to deliver one of Victoria’s biggest infrastructure projects - the Suburban Rail Loop. Our team is building almost 10 kilometres of twin tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, shaping the future of Melbourne for generations to come. About the Role Join Terra Verde as our Facilities Manager and play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and positive workplace across our head and site offices. We’re looking for a proactive and organised professional to oversee day-to-day facilities and administration operations, ensuring our teams are supported with the resources they need to thrive. This role leads a small team and works closely with senior leadership, project teams, and external partners to maintain high standards across all locations. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations across head and site offices, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant facilities. Lead and support reception and administration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Manage lease agreements, office setups, relocations, and maintenance activities. Coordinate procurement of office supplies, furniture, and consumables, while monitoring budgets. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Support internal communications and organise staff events to foster a positive workplace culture. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers. Champion Terra Verde’s values, policies, and systems across all locations. Lead and develop your team, driving engagement, accountability, and performance. Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. About you Proven experience in office operations or events management. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead change, manage resources, and drive team performance. Certificate III in Business Administration (preferred but not essential).
