Why you’ll love working with us: Be part of a growing global FMCG brand that’s setting the benchmark in fresh pet nutrition Work on strategic innovation projects across iconic brands like Ivory Coat and Fussy Cat Join a collaborative, energetic, and pet-loving team that celebrates success (and snacks) About the role: Reporting to the Head of Brand Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind New Product Development (NPD) and Packaging Refresh projects, partnering with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver innovation on time, on budget, and with impact. From coordinating cross‑functional teams to uplifting our Stage Gate processes, you’ll make things happen — and make them better. A day in the life could include: Managing multiple NPD and commercialisation projects across Australia and international markets Setting clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables — and ensuring they land OTIF Acting as the go‑to expert on NPD processes and continuous improvement initiatives Celebrating the wins with a team that loves what they do (and loves pets even more) We’d love to meet you if you have: Proven end-to-end project management experience within FMCG or food manufacturing A solid understanding of fresh food manufacturing environments A knack for stakeholder engagement and communication – you’re known for getting things done collaboratively Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving innovation and improvement Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience If you’re ready to make your mark in a business that’s truly changing the game in pet nutrition, we’d love to hear from you.
