Join a growing food & beverage manufacturing business as a key member of our Warehousing and Production team. This role owns the accuracy of work orders, stock movements and goods receipting, helping keep production running smoothly and inventory data 100% reliable. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse & Production Administrator (WPAdmin) is responsible for end-to-end work order processing, stock control in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and timely, accurate goods receipting. You will work closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams, to ensure smooth product flow and accurate information. Key responsibilities Create and close production work orders, including tank builds, scanning and filing all production paperwork to the server. Maintain and close work orders in EXO within agreed timeframes (usually within 24–48 hours of completion). Carry out SQF and HACCP compliance checks on work orders and related documentation, escalating issues where required. Enter pick components and transact all relevant stock movements in the WMS, includingadjusting components when there are mid-production changes. Track incomplete blends and partially used materials to ensure they are correctly allocated to stock later. Complete goods receipting of all deliveries (excluding fruit), labeling with correct product identification and managing return receipts/re-booking for pricing issues. Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders, confirm per-unit pricing, receipt goods into stock. Qualifications Professional with a strong work ethic.
