B2C Marketing Manager Horseland

The Marketing Manager will lead Horseland’s marketing to drive national sales growth and increase traffic across our e-commerce presence and 50-store network. This role is responsible for managing the Horseland brand and delivering integrated customer, media, and channel strategies that strengthen engagement and conversion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans to grow revenue and market share nationally. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels. Drive digital marketing initiatives to optimise website traffic and online sales. Oversee campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels. Lead customer engagement strategies, including planned loyalty programmes & CRM. Collaborate with store network teams to support local marketing and promotions. Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI. Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Skills & Experience Proven experience in marketing roles with exposure to Brand, Sponoship activities. Background preferably in retail or e-commerce with Strong working knowledge or experience with Horse ownership / equestrian community. Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and omni-channel strategies. Excellent oranisation, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
