About Our Role The People & Culture Advisor is responsible for providing advice, assistance, and guidance to employees, line managers, and the P&C team to foster a positive workplace experience, support organisational capability and performance, and ensure WGA's purpose, vision, and values are lived and experienced. As a national P&C team member, the P&C BP will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy through our group people and culture strategy, leading and embedding a diverse range of initiatives across the people strategy and people lifecycle. Some Of The Day-to-Day Tasks Include Take ownership as key subject matter expert and system power user for the key HR information systems (currently Employment Hero and Culture Amp) and ensure data quality and accuracy, enabling high-quality reporting and analytics. Act as the first point of contact for level 1 and 2 support for P&C queries. Support efficient and effective recruitment and employment change activities through the provision of employment contracts, letters and other documentation needed to support employees. Provide advice and coordination across certain aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance review, immigration, service milestones, purchased leave, employee assistance and development to support the P&C team and business overall. Support P&C BPs to handle employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance issues. About You We are looking for someone who isn't shy about rolling up their sleeves, thinking outside the box, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. This role will suit someone ready to step up and take ownership of operational and HR services within the team, and serve as a trusted advisor. A tertiary qualification in Business / HR or a similar field is required, along with experience working in a professional services organisation with multiple stakeholders. The role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.
