We are committed to valuing and supporting Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Māori peoples, cultures, and careers.Your role: Manage large, end-to-end, multi-year, $multi-million transition and transformation engagements Transition planning and execution Senior stakeholder engagement and influence, both internally and client-side On-time, on-budget execution of successful transitions Control the “scope” change during transition and handle internal / client escalations at CIO / Infrastructure Director level Achieve high customer satisfaction as part of transition Help client and Capgemini achieve risk-free transition leveraging best practices and internal tools and platforms for transition Your profile: Circa 20 years' of experience in managing large transition and transformation engagements for IT Infrastructure outsourcing (server, storage, network, end-user computing, cloud migration, cyber security set up etc.) Global Consulting / IT Services / Professional Services experience of complex, matrix organisations with onshore & offshore delivery Experience of preparing an appropriate transition plan (.mpp file), managing and tracking the deliverables Successful track record of execution on transition plan Consistent history of client satisfaction demonstrated by NPS scores What you’ll love about working here: We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
