Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to manage and grow the social media presence for What The Putt , a mini‑golf and bar venue based in Brunswick. The primary focus of this role is creating engaging short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels to drive brand awareness and foot traffic. This is a hands‑on role that requires you to be on‑site 1‑2 days a week to capture content and 1 day in the office for editing and planning. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Film and edit high‑quality videos (Reels/TikToks) that showcase our venue, food, drinks, and customer experience. Social Strategy: Plan and schedule a consistent content calendar. Trend Adaptation: Identify current social media trends and audio, adapting them to fit our brand image. Engagement: Monitor social channels and respond to comments and messages in a professional manner. On‑Site Capture: Visit the venue during key trading hours (nights/weekends) to capture footage of events and the general atmosphere. Requirements Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (please provide examples). Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.) or Adobe Premiere. Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines. Flexible availability to visit the venue during peak times (Friday/Saturday nights).
